Source of Business Report

Report Details

The Source of Business Report shows the following details for each source of business grouped by deal type that matches the selected parameters:

• Description: Shows the source name
• #: Shows the number of deals for that deal type
• Value: Shows the Sales Price for the deal
• % Total: Shows the % this source represents for a deal type

At the bottom of the report, you can see a summary for all the sources.

Report Parameters

You can create the Agent Performance report using the parameters below.

Time Period

You can choose from the following options:

• Today: This will show any deals that are closing today
• Yesterday: This will show any deals that closed yesterday
• Current Week: This will show any deals that close during the current week (Sunday - Saturday)
• Current Month: This will show any deals that close during the current month
• Current Quarter: This will show any deals that close during the current quarter
• Current Year: This will show any deals that close during the current year
• Last Week: This will show any deals that closed last week (Sunday - Saturday)
• Last Month: This will show any deals that closed last month
• Last Quarter: This will show any deals that closed during the last quarter
• Last Year: This will show any deals that closed last year
• Date Range: This lets you select a custom date range for the closing dates

Transaction Type

You can choose between deals with the following transaction types:

• Sale - Buyer
• Sale - Seller
• Rental - Tenant
• Rental - Owner
• Referral

Status

You can choose between deals with the following deal statuses:

• Opportunity
• Active
• Pending
• Closed
• Processed
• Cancelled

Deal Approval

You can choose between approved and unapproved deals.

Report Tagging

Here, you can select deals that have tags.

Entity

This lets you view deals for a specific entity. You can choose between all the profiles in your company and the company itself. If the selected entity is a Profile, the report will only show deals where the entity is the primary agent.

Division

This lets you view deals that are part of the selected office.
