Multi-Office Support for Deals

The Books team is excited to announce that multi-office support for agents is now available! This new feature enhances how deals with agents from multiple offices are managed, ensuring that ledgers are correctly allocated based on each agent’s office. Reporting will now accurately reflect which office an agent's deal belongs to.

Clone a Bill or Invoice

With this new release, SkySlope Books users can easily clone a Bill or Invoice. This update streamlines the process of duplicating existing bills, ensuring all item details remain intact while assigning the current date. 

What’s New

  • One-Click Cloning: Easily create a new bill by copying an existing one, maintaining all line items and recipient details.
  • Current Date Assignment: The cloned bill will automatically be set to the current date while preserving the original due date.
  • Consistent Financial Tracking: Ensure accurate record-keeping by duplicating key details while keeping all financial data aligned.

How It Works

  1. Clone with Ease: Select an bill and click the “Clone” button to generate a new version.
  2. Auto-Populated Details: The cloned document will include all line items, amounts, and the original due date while being assigned to the current date.
  3. Review & Send: Users can review the cloned bill before finalizing and sending it to the same recipient.

Payload.co Email Notification Improvements

With this update, managing payments and notifications in Money Transfers (powered by Payload.co) is now more streamlined and efficient. This update simplifies the process of updating email addresses that receive payment notifications, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

How It Works

  1. Click the email edit icon next to the email field.
  2. Modify the primary email or add additional addresses in the popup.
  3. Ensure the primary email is not left empty and remove any blank additional email entries before saving.
  4. Click save, and the popup will close automatically, refreshing the primary email on the add-on page.

What's New

  • New Email Edit Icon: A new icon has been added to the right of the Email field, allowing users to quickly access email notification settings.
  • Edit Emails Pop-up: Clicking the icon opens the “Edit Emails” popup, providing an intuitive interface for modifying notification email addresses.
  • Payment Notification Management:

    • Users can change the primary email or add additional notification recipients.

    • The primary email field must always be populated.
    • Additional email fields cannot be left empty—users must remove empty lines before saving.
  • Notification Types:

    • Payment Initiated: Sent when a payment process begins.

    • Payment Completed: Sent when a payment has been successfully processed.

  • Primary Email Synchronization:

    • Updating the primary email also updates the primary email registered with Payload.co payments for billing purposes.

    • A notification is sent to the primary email as a security check to ensure that payments are not sent in error by other parties.
  • Seamless Updates: After saving changes, the popup automatically closes, and the primary email is refreshed on the add-on page.
