Dashboard & Detailed Reporting for Agents

In this article we will review the report functionality available to Agents.  There are two types of reports available for agents within SkySlope Books, Dashboards and Detailed Reports.  Dashboard reporting is used to add widgets for tracking production, cap, etc.  Detailed reporting is used to run traditional reports to view your Transactions and/or Financials.

Important:

  • Agents will only be able to run reports in SkySlope Books if an invite has been sent for their User Profile by the Broker/Admin.
  • The data available to agents will depend on whether your brokerage is utilizing SkySlope Books for processing deals only or deals and invoices. 
      • Check with your admin/broker if you are unsure which reporting is applicable for you.

 

Dashboard Reporting

1. Log into SkySlope Books and confirm that you have your company selected in the Company dropdown

2. In the left navigation bar, select Reporting > Dashboard

3. Here, you can create a dashboard to add widgets to it.

Detailed Reports

There are two different types of detailed reports available to agents in SkySlope Books.  Please note, the reports available to you are specific to the permissions set up by your admin/broker. If you aren't seeing reports available, please contact your admin/broker.

Accessing Transaction Reports

1. Log into SkySlope Books and confirm that you have your company selected in the company dropdown

Important: If you don't have your company selected in the dropdown, you won't be able to view transaction reports.

2. In the left navigation bar, select Reporting > Dashboard

3. Click Create Report in the top right-hand corner

4. Select Deal Reports > Transaction

  • The Summary Transactions Report shows the following details for the selected parameters:
    • Time Period: Select the time period
    • Transaction Type: Select the types of transactions 
    • Status: Select the statuses you would like to view
    • Deal Approval: Select whether you want to see approved, unapproved or both
    • Report Tagging: Select tags, if applicable
    • Division: Select Division, if applicable
    • Grouping: Select how you would like the report grouped

Accessing Financial Reports

1. Log into SkySlope Books and select My Business from the company dropdown

Important: If you don't have your MyBusiness selected in the dropdown, you won't be able to view Financial reports, instead you will see Transaction reports.

2. In the left navigation bar, select Reporting > Dashboard

3. Click Create Report in the top right-hand corner

4. Select Financial Reports 

5. The available reports will now be displayed
