Types of General Reports

With a wide variety of general reports available in SkySlope Books, we've listed the primary purpose for each report below, helping you determine which report you need with confidence. Reports with star icons ★ are the most commonly used reports in Books.

Product ★ - The Product report in SkySlope Books can generate a list of deals where a certain product/service was used. By default, this report is based on the closing date, but you can run it based on a different date if necessary.

Contact - The Contact report can generate a spreadsheet with all the information you have stored for all contact types (customer, vendor, agent or other), such as email and mailing addresses.

Cap ★ - The Cap report provides essential insight into where your agents fall regarding their commission caps at the time when the report is generated.

Membership - The Membership report can be used to review key milestones and details for all brokerage contacts, such as anniversary date, organization and dues. Note: The Membership report searches based on the Anniversary Date listed in the Compliance section for the contact. Because of this, we recommend selecting "Last Year" for the time period.
