Confirm Payments - Approved Deals

The Confirm Payments screen provides you with one place to confirm that you have received payments from the escrow, title company, or attorney.  After Deals are approved, they will be visible in the Confirm Payments screen.  Here you can select one or more deals and confirm that you have received the payments.  

Confirming Closing Payments

1. Log into SkySlope Books and navigate to the Deals section. Then select Confirm Payments.
2. On this screen, you will see a list of all approved deals where escrow payments have not been confirmed. Use the checkbox to select the payment or payments you'd like to mark as received.
   Note: If you see a icon, that means the brokerage is holding the earnest money in their trust account. You cannot confirm this payment until the brokerage releases it. 
3. After selecting the payments, click Record Payment at the bottom of the screen.
4. Now, a Record Payment window will open. You can review the details for the payments you've selected and then select the account where you want to record the payments.
5. When you're done, click Confirm Payment Received.

If no payouts need to be made, your last step is to update the deal status to Processed!
